Ampcontrol Integrates with Webfleet for Smart Charging Management

October 24, 2024

MARCH 19, 2024, New York, New York— We are proud to announce that Ampcontrol has integrated its AI-powered charging management software with Webfleet, Bridgestone’s globally trusted fleet management solution. By integrating with Webfleet, Ampcontrol optimizes smart energy use, ensuring vehicle readiness and route compliance while minimizing costs. Existing Webfleet users can enable the synchronization with Ampcontrol in just a few clicks.

Ampcontrol addresses the uncertainty and sub-optimal use of chargers many electric fleets face today. Through Ampcontrol’s integration with Webfleet, ground operators can easily see the state of charge (SoC) of vehicles during the charging process and en route. In one simple, easy-to-use dashboard, fleet operators can filter vehicles based on datapoints such as battery state of charge or geolocation. With Ampcontrol’s charging management software and 24/7/365 monitoring, fleet asset managers can better troubleshoot charging stations by comparing vehicle and charger data. Moreover, Ampcontrol’s AI-powered energy management provides a one-stop-shop view to monitor depot operations, issue notifications to depot staff, and allows immediate issue resolution OTA.

Webfleet gives fleet customers the data-driven insights and tools they need to improve their fleet and mobility performance and take advantage of the new opportunities arising from the connected world. With Webfleet’s products and solutions, users can take action to reduce fuel consumption, increase safety, go electric, increase productivity while staying compliant with tacograph regulations and much more.

“We are very excited about our integration to Webfleet. This will provide an even more comprehensive experience for fleet operators using Ampcontrol to help monitor vehicles, receive real-time alerts, and conduct energy management,” says Joachim Lohse, CEO and founder of Ampcontrol.

“The integration with Ampcontrol elevates Webfleet’s current EV offering and will give customers good insights into the state of charge of their fleets, as well as other valuable information that will assist fleet managers to transition easily to EV fleets” Says Justin Manson, Sales Director, Webfleet Solutions.
